I wouldn't recommend Rent City. We were locked out of our apartment for 4 hours on Christmas Day because the door lock malfunctioned. The maintenance man said, "We've been having trouble with that lock." So they knew it was not working properly but they didn't do anything to fix it until it failed completely. Just like they didn't fix the burned-out and missing light bulbs, malfunctioning TV, and broken patio door latch. Add to that a hot water heater that is half the size of others in the building and paper-thin mattresses - you get an idea of what a cheap outfit this is. When things go wrong, you get apologies but not adequate compensation. Avoid Rent City!
